Ingredients

  • 540 g of gnocchi
  • 100 g of tomato pasata
  • 100 ml of water
  • 3 pinch of saffron
  • 60 g of creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp of basil, chopped
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add all the ingredients in the bowl except the basil (and optional rocket/ham). Stir well.

Cooking time: 3 mins.

Sprinkle the chopped basil over the dish. Serve with rocket and Italian ham. Enjoy!
