Ingredients

  • 28 oz of canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • 1 cup of tomato puree or passata
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Put all the ingredients except butter in pot. Stir to combine.

Cooking under pressure : 10 min.

Remove basil and puree. Stir in butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
