Ingredients

  • 175 g creme fraiche
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 200 ml pouring cream
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 140 g canned tuna chunks
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 10 pitted black olives
  • 4 tbsp capers
  • Oil

Preparation

Beat the crème fraiche, flour and egg together, then incorporate the cream, onion, thyme salt and pepper.

Pour the clafoutis mixture into the oiled frypan and distribute the canned tuna pieces, cherry tomatoes, olives, and capers evenly around the pan.

Transfer to a preheated 170°C degree oven for 50 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with a salad.
