Ingredients

  • 350 g Fresh tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g Whole albacore tuna drained, broken into pieces
  • 400 g Tomato purée (can)
  • 200 g Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 300 ml Water or stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Capers, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Pitted black olives thinly sliced (optional)
