  • 1 eggs, beaten
  • 80 g of breadcrumbs
  • 600 g of turkey mince
  • 2 tbsp of dried mixed herbs
  • 150 g of onion, sliced
  • 300 ml of chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 150 ml of creme fraiche


Prepare the ingredients.

Combine egg, breadcrumbs, mince and herbs. Form into balls (approx 4 per person)

Add the oil.

Brown the meatballs (in batches if required). Remove the meatballs.

Add remaining ingredients (except creme fraiche) and stir well. Place the meatballs on top.

Cooking time: 4 min.

Gently stir in creme fraiche. Serve and enjoy!
