  • 1 courgette, sliced
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 slices ham, 0.5 cm thick, cut into 5-cm squares
  • 100 g mozzarella, cut into 5-cm squares
  • A few basil leaves
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into thin strips
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • Small kebab skewers


Alternate the courgette, tomatoes, ham, and mozzarella on small skewers, adding a basil leaf from time to time. Start and finish with a piece of ham.

Steam for 15 minutes with the starter and main dish.

Serve with an apple salad tossed with a little lemon juice.
