Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 4 cups of California-style mixed frozen vegetables
  • 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Preheat pot. Add butter.

Add vegetables. Add flour and stir coat vegetables.

Slowly stir in broth. Stir to combine.

Cooking under pressure : 6 min.

Add parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
