Ingredients

  • 4 Large Beef tomatoes washed
  • 4 Seitan steak (100/125 g)(organic shop)
  • 4 slices Emmental slices
  • 80 g Large sweet and sour picklessliced
  • 100 g White onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 tsp Ketchup (or mustard or burger sauce)
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the tomatoes in half, to use as burger buns. Pour the oil into the bowl.

Fry the onions in the oil until softened. Assemble the burgers: tomato base, sauce, onion, pickle, steak, cheese, tomato top.

Put the tomato-burgers in the bowl. (if 6, place 4 at the bottom, 2 on topand their tops to the side). Add 100 ml water.

Cooking time: 6 minutes.

Carefully take the burgers out. Serve.
