Ingredients

  • 50 g Diced butter
  • 2 tbsp Plain flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 250 ml Thickend cream
  • 1 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley

Preparation

Melt butter. Stir in flour until combined. Remove bowl and stir in combined milk and cream. Return bowl, stir until sauce thickens.

Stir in mustard and parsley. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE
