1. Preheat oven to 170˚C (160˚C if fan-forced). 2. Install the mixing blade. Add the butter, water and syrup to the bowl. Blend at 70˚, speed 3 for 4 mins 3. Remove the mixing blade for the kneading and crushing blade. Add the oats, flour, coconut and sugar. Mix at 40˚, speed 4 for 4 mins. After 3 mins, add the baking soda dissolved in the boiling water. 4. Gently press the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake for 30 mins. 5. Cut while still warm and allow to cool in the pan. Remove slices after 30 mins and enjoy.
