  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp ml soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml sake or white wine
  • 2/3 leek, thinly sliced

Pressure cooking time: 25 mins on high pressure cooking or 18 mins on express

Serve.

Tip: Boil the alcohol first so the dish is less acidic.
