Ingredients

  • 400 g pumpkin, peeled, sliced and cut into sixteen 5-cmq suares, and the rest in a small dice
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hazelnut oil
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg

Preparation

Steam the small diced pumpkin pieces in the steam basket for 15 minutes with the main course and the dessert.

After 10 minutes of cooking, open the steamer and add the large squares. Close, push the Vitamin+ booster button and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Allow the pumpkin squares to cool.

In a food processor or blender, blend the diced pumpkin with the orange juice, parsley, hazelnut oil, salt, pepper and a touch of grated nutmeg. Make ravioli by putting a spoonful of this purée between 2 pumpkin squares, serving 2 squares per person.
