1. With the kneading and crushing blade attachment installed, add all of the ingredients to the Companion bowl.
2. Start Pastry Program 1 and stop program after 2 min 30 seconds. This dough does not need to rise.
3. Divide the dough in 2 and roll out each half as thin as you can and mark with a pastry docker.
4. Heat your Ingenio pan, add a splash of olive oil and put the dough on the pan.
5. Drizzle with olive oil or garlic butter, and sprinkle with salt, rosemary and parmesan cheese.
6. Bake it for around 6-8 minutes on a preheated oven at 240˚C until golden brown.
Tip: You can also use this dough for a quick deep pan pizza.
