Ingredients

  • 450 g quinoa
  • 12 green asparagus, washed and cut into pieces
  • 1.5 leek, washed and chopped
  • 150 g fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1.5 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 vegetable stock cube
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 270 ml white wine
  • 4.5 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the cooking pan.

Brown the onion, garlic and leek. Add the quinoa, mix for 2 minutes.

Add the asparagus tips. Crumble the stock cube. Pour in the wine and cover with water.

Pressure cooking: 9 minutes

Add the spinach and mix together. Serve with Parmesan. For a more indulgent option, add a knob of butter.
