20-Minute Prawns with Tomato Rice

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 300 g raw peeled prawns
- 3 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
- 360 g Arborio rice
- 3 tbsp of tomato paste
- 600 g chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsps lemon juice
- 90 cl vegetable stock
- 60 g butter, cut into cubes
- 60 g rinsed and dried rocket
Method
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Pour the oil into the Cook4me.
- Cook the prawns. Set aside. Put the garlic in the cooking pan and sweat. Add the rice and mix together.
- Add the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and the lemon juice. Mix. Pour in the stock.
- Pressure cooking: 11 min
- Add the butter and the prawns to reheat them. Serve with rocket.
