Order Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.

Processing times may be extended during public holidays and major promotional events.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $99.
  • Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $99.

Shipping Time

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post. This excludes replacement parts and accessories, which are shipped from overseas and delivered within 4–6 weeks.

Express Shipping

We do not currently offer express shipping. However, we prioritise prompt order processing and dispatch to ensure fast delivery.

Replacement Parts & Accessories

  • Shipped from overseas with delivery within 4–6 weeks.
  • If your order includes other items thare are not parts/accessories, they will be shipped separately from Sydney.
  • Standard shipping times apply to non-parts items.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.

Authority to Leave / Signature on Delivery

A signature is required for delivery. If no one is home, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office. Please refer to your tracking link for updates.

Tracking Number

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur during public holidays, major sales events, or due to logistics carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. A unique tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses but will do our best to help if an issue arises.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your parcel is marked delivered by Australia Post, it is considered fulfilled.
If you cannot locate it, please check with other household members or neighbours before contacting us.

Click & Collect / Pickup

We do not currently offer a Click & Collect or pickup option.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping fees, once the item is received and passes inspection.

Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation. We recommend providing clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional postage fees may apply.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within Australia only.
