Apple and Plum Crumble

Apple and Plum Crumble
Serves: 4

Cook time: 45 mins


  • 3 large apples, cored and quartered
  • 2 ripe plums, cored and quartered
  • ¼ cup caster sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Juice of an orange
  • Zest of an orange

Crumble Ingredients:

  • 100g cold butter
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Place the cored and quartered apples in the air fry basket and set to steam at 100C for 15 minutes
  • Remove and place the apples in a large bowl
  • Add the plums, caster sugar, vanilla, juice and zest, and mix to combine
  • Pour the mixture into the Accessories Pack cake tin and allow to rest for 10 minutes
  • In another bowl, add all the crumble ingredients and rub together to form a crumb (No lumps of butter should be seen)
  • Spoon the crumble on top of the apple ensuring an even spread
  • Set to “Air Fry” for 10 minutes at 190 ̊C or until the crumble is golden brown
  • Serve hot or cold with ice cream
