Ingredients

  • 250 g peeled tinned tomatoes
  • 5 g salt (1 teaspoon)
  • 1 drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 10 fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Drain the peeled tomatoes and chop them with a knife.
  2. Transfer the tomatoes to a large bowl. Add the salt and mix.
  3. Your sauce is ready! Allow no more than 80 g of sauce per pizza.
  4. Add the olive oil, oregano and basil to top your pizza (always use the peel to make it easier to put in the oven).

Tips: You can also use fresh tomatoes. Peel them before draining and crushing them. Then, add the salt directly when topping the pizza (adjust the seasoning to taste).
