Avocado, Honey & Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 120 g avocado
- 250 ml milk
- 80 g lavender honey
- 50 g white almond puree
Method
- Peel the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Cut it into pieces and place it in a recipient.
- Add the other ingredients, then, using a blender, blend everything until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Ice Cream' program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: For a creamy avocado, honey and almond puree ice cream, add a bit of lemon juice to prevent theavocado from turning black and to keep a vibrant green colour.
