Creamy avocado ice cream swirled with sweet lavender honey and nutty almond. Smooth, rich and irresistibly refreshing

Ingredients

  • 120 g avocado
  • 250 ml milk
  • 80 g lavender honey
  • 50 g white almond puree

Method

  1. Peel the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Cut it into pieces and place it in a recipient.
  2. Add the other ingredients, then, using a blender, blend everything until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Ice Cream' program.
  8. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: For a creamy avocado, honey and almond puree ice cream, add a bit of lemon juice to prevent theavocado from turning black and to keep a vibrant green colour.
