Basil Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 20 g basil leaves

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Add the lime juice and basil leaves. Using a hand blender, blend everything until you get a smooth texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  8. Serve immediately.

Tips: You can replace the basil leaves with fresh mint.
