Ingredients
- 100 ml whole milk
- 100 ml liquid cream (30% fat)
- 50 g salted caramel
- 4 g cornstarch
- 30 ml espresso
- 70 ml cold whole milk
- 50 g whipped cream
- 2 tbsp salted caramel
- 2 tbsp chocolate slivers
Method
- Mix the milk, liquid cream, salted caramel and cornstarch in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil to thicken the mixture, then leave to cool until warm.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer, take off the lid, then pour in the espresso and the cold whole milk.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Frappé' program.
- Pour the preparation into two glasses, then finish with whipped cream, caramel, and chocolate slivers.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: Add a hint of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon to the milk before pouring the espresso.
