Caramel Sundae

Ingredients
- 200 ml whole milk
- 200 ml liquid cream (30% fat)
- 60 g sugar
- 8 g cornflour
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 4 tbsp liquid caramel
- 2 tbsp unsalted crushed peanuts
Method
- Mix the milk, liquid cream, sugar, and cornflour in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Off the heat, add the vanilla. Mix and leave to cool until warm.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Put on the lid and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Gelato' program.
- Scoop the gelato into a small cup, then finish with the liquid caramel and crushed peanuts.
- Serve immediately.
Tips: For an ultra-indulgent caramel sundae, add a dollop of whipped cream and a few chunks of brownie.
