Ingredients

  • 55 g sugar
  • 75 ml water
  • 260 g cherry tomatoes

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes. Using a blender, blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  8. Serve immediately.

Tips: Choose ripe cherry tomatoes for this recipe. Red cherry tomatoes are sweeter, but you can also use other coloured cherry tomatoes.
