Chicken and Broccoli

Juicy chicken and crisp broccoli in a savoury soy-ginger marinade, air-fried to golden perfection—healthy, fast and full of flavour!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets (240 g)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, chopped (5 g)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • 200 g broccoli florets, pre-steamed

Method

  1. Cut up the chicken into 4 cm pieces.
  2. Peel and slice the onion thinly. Finely chop the onion.
  3. In a recipient, mix the oil, garlic powder, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
  4. Add the chicken, onion and broccoli to the marinade. Mix well.
  5. Place everything into your Tefal air fryer and cook for 180°C for 20min.
  6. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
