Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 450 g chicken breast (approx. 2 fillets)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fajita spices
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 jar of salsa
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 lime
  • 8 sprigs of coriander

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into strips.
    Wash the peppers, remove the core and cut them into strips.
    Peel and slice the onion.
    Mix the peppers with the chicken and onions in a bowl.
    Add the olive oil and spices and mix well.
  2. Turn on the appliance.
    Turn on bowl 1. Select the MANUAL programme at 200°C for 15 minutes. Add the chicken and vegetable mixture to the plate in bowl 2.
    Turn on bowl 2. Select the MANUAL programme at 180°C for 2 minutes. Add the wraps to the plate in bowl 2.
  3. Press SYNC so that both will finish cooking at the same time.
    Press START to set both cooking.
  4. Stir the vegetables and chicken halfway through cooking.
  5. Check that they are cooked thoroughly and continue to cook for an extra few minutes if necessary.
  6. Serve the wraps with the chicken and peppers, a few slices of avocado, salsa and grated cheese. Drizzle with lime and sprinkle with coriander.
