Ingredients
- 50 ml milk
- ½ vanilla pod
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 eggs yolks
- 70 g sugar
- ½ L whipping cream
- Brown sugar to caramelise
Method
- Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the vanilla pod split lengthwise and scraped. Leave to infuse for 15 min.
- Mix the eggs, eggs yolks and sugar with a spatula. Add the flavoured milk, whipping cream and mix. Pour into the pots.
- Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 40 min in dairy dessert mode.
- Leave to cool down fully. Before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelise with a blowtorch, or under the grill of your oven.
