Crunchwraps with Ham, Egg, and Cheese

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g grated cheddar
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil


  1. Lightly brush one side of the tortillas. Lay the ham flat on the unoiled side. Add the cheese to the centre of the ham, forming a ring. Crack an egg into the cheese ring. Fold the top and bottom of the tortilla over the egg, then fold the sides over. Hold with a wooden pick if necessary. Do the same with the other tortillas.
  2. Heat the pan over a medium heat and wait until the Thermal-Signal has turned completely red before adding your ingredients.
  3. Carefully place them into the pan.
  4. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then gently turn over and cook for another 10 minutes.
