Ingredients

  • 85 g sugar
  • 110 ml water
  • 280 g cucumber
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces.
  3. Using a blender, blend the previously prepared syrup with the cucumber pieces, mint leaves, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  5. Place the lid on and put the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  6. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
  7. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  8. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  9. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: For an ultra-refreshing cucumber mint sorbet, add a small amount of grated ginger. This will enhance the flavor and add a touch of spiciness to your recipe.
