Easy Lemon Chicken and Rice

This easy lemon chicken and rice is a one-pan wonder, featuring tender chicken thighs, fragrant spices and tangy lemon, making for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

1 tbsp of olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of paprika
1 pinch of saffron powder
100 g chopped white cabbage
1 squeezed lemon
200 g long grain rice

Method

Prepare the ingredients.
Pour the oil into the cooking pan.
Brown the chicken and set aside.
Add the onion, garlic and spices. Add the cabbage and mix together. Put the chicken in. Add the rice and the lemon juice. Pour in the water.
Pressure cooking: 8 min.
Serve immediately.
