Frozen Cosmopolitan

• 240 ml cranberry juice
• 1 lime (juice and zest)
• 40 ml vodka
• 40 ml Cointreau
• 40 g sugar

1. In a recipient, mix the sugar and cranberry juice until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the lime juice and zest, then the vodka and Cointreau. Mix well.
3. Pour two-thirds of the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl. Keep the remaining third in the refrigerator.
4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
5. Remove the bowl from the freezer, take off the lid, and pour in the remaining third of the mixture.
6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
7. Start the 'Cocktail' program.
8. Serve immediately.
