Ingredients

  • 200 ml espresso coffee
  • 25 g sugar
  • 150 ml cold whole milk

Method

  1. Mix the coffee and sugar in a recipient.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  3. Cover it and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  4. Remove the bowl from the freezer, take off the lid, then add the cold whole milk.
  5. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  6. Start the 'Frappé' program.
  7. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: If you don't have espresso coffee, you can replace it with instant coffee dissolved in water. Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference, or try variations with brown sugar or honey for a different flavor. Garnish your frappé coffee with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon. Replace whole milk with almond or coconut milk for a vegan version of this frappé coffee.
