Method

  1. Make the blind-baked pizza dough recipe.
  2. Turn on your oven and let it preheat (30 minutes on the highest setting).
  3. Add the toppings while the pizza is on the peel: spoon the hazelnut spread into the centre of the pizza. Spread it over the entire pizza. Top neatly with the marshmallows.
  4. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for around 20 seconds, turning regularly with the knob on the side of the oven to ensure it cooks evenly.
  5. Using the peel, take the pizza out of the oven and slide it onto a serving plate. Decorate with small biscuit pieces. Slice, serve and enjoy!

Tips: For this recipe, you can use "Graham crackers" as in the traditional s'mores recipe. You can substitute them with other types of biscuit, such as: Petit beurre, homemade American biscuits, shortbread, etc.
