Hazelnut Spread Gelato

Ingredients
- 150 ml whole milk
- 150 ml liquid cream (30% fat)
- 6 g cornstarch
- 100 g hazelnut spread
Method
- Mix the milk, liquid cream, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, until the mixture slightly thickens.
- Remove from heat, add the hazelnut spread. Mix well. Leave to cool until warm.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the'Gelato' program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: Depending on the hazelnut spread you use, the texture may vary. You can add crushed hazelnuts and use the 'Mix In' program.
