Ingredients

  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 150 ml liquid cream (30% fat)
  • 6 g cornstarch
  • 100 g hazelnut spread

Method

  1. Mix the milk, liquid cream, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, until the mixture slightly thickens.
  2. Remove from heat, add the hazelnut spread. Mix well. Leave to cool until warm.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the'Gelato' program.
  8. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: Depending on the hazelnut spread you use, the texture may vary. You can add crushed hazelnuts and use the 'Mix In' program.
