Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 10 sprigs of parsley
  • 100 g sandwich loaf
  • 3.5 tbsp milk
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of cider vinegar
  • Salt, pepper
  • 30 g flour
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse and chop the parsley. Soak the sandwich loaf in the milk.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, onion and soaked sandwich loaf. Add the parsley, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix together well until the filling becomes thick and doesn’t stick to the hands.
  3. Make identically-shaped small balls then roll them in flour. Set on a plate and then place them in the fridge for 20 min.
  4. Heat a frypan and wait until the Thermal-Signal has turned completely solid red before adding your ingredients. Heat up the olive oil, then cook the meatballs for around 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Put the meatballs on some kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.
