Ingredients

  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 0.5 lemon (zest)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 small lamb chops
  • 200 g cooked white rice
  • 50 g cooked peas
  • 50 g cooked broad/fava beans
  • 50 g cooked snow peas
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Place in a large bowl with the lemon zest, half the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix.
  2. Soak the lamb chops in this marinade and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the frying pan over a high heat and wait until the Thermo-Signal has turned completely red before adding your ingredients. Place the lamb chops into the pan on one side and cook for 2 minutes. Finish cooking on the other side for 2 minutes.
  4. Arrange the rice on serving plates, top with the lamb chops and then the vegetables. Garnish with the lemon zest. Enjoy!
