Lamb Koftas with Feta Sauce

Ingredients
- 500g Lamb Mince
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
For the Sauce:
- 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 80g crumbled Feta
- salt and pepper
Method
- For the Koftas, mix all ingredients well, ensuring the spices and herbs are well incorporated.
- Divide the mince into 8 portions and thread each onto a skewer.
- Air fry at 190°C for 12 minutes.
- For the sauce blend all ingredients together, taste and season. Serve with the Koftas.
Tips: If preferred, swap out the coriander for chopped fresh mint.
