Lavender and Honey Frozen Yoghurt

• 150 ml semi-skimmed milk
• 1 tsp dried lavender
• 230 g Greek yogurt
• 70 g honey

1. Heat the milk with the lavender in a saucepan, then leave to infuse for 5 min. Strain. Mix the infused milkwith the rest of the ingredients in a recipient.
2. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
3. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
4. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
5. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
6. Start the 'Frozen Yohurt' program.
7. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: Be cautious when infusing the lavender: even after straining the milk, the lavender will continue to infuse. Use it sparingly, otherwise the flavor will be too strong.
