Lemon Sorbet

Zesty, frosty and just tart enough to make your taste buds tango. This lemon-lime sorbet is sunshine in a scoop, courtesy of Tefal Dolci.

Ingredients

  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 110 ml lemon juice (3 pieces)
  • 70 ml lime juice (2 pieces)

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Add the lemon juice and mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  8. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: You can replace lemon juice with grapefruit juice.
