Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp butter, for greasing
- 3 cups self-raising flour, sifted
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 cup lemonade
- Pinch of salt
- Milk, to glaze
- Strawberry jam, to serve
- Dollop cream, to serve
Method
- Grease a tray with butter
- Place the flour, cream, lemonade and salt in a large mixing bowl and with a butter knife carefully mix the ingredients together until the dough forms.
- Tip out onto a floured surface and press out to a thickness of about 2-3cm.
- Using a cookie cutter (approx. 6cm width), cut out the scones.
- Place them close together on the tray and then glaze them with a little milk.
- Bake the scones in the Tefal Air Fryer using the cake function at 180C for 12-18 minutes.
- Serve warm with jam and dollop cream.
