Ingredients
- 150 ml whole milk
- 250 ml liquid cream (30% fat)
- 25 g agave syrup
- 8 g cornstarch
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 8 strawberries, quartered
- 8 raspberries, halved
- 8 blueberries, halved
Method
- Mix the milk, single cream, agave syrup, cornstarch, and vanilla powder in a saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture slightly thickens. Leave to cool until warm.
- Pour the preparation into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Cover with the lid and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Light Ice Cream' program.
- In small cups, place a scoop of ice cream and garnish with fruits.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: This recipe can serve as a base. You can add chocolate chips and select the MIX IN program to make a light stracciatella ice cream.
