Ingredients

  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 250 ml liquid cream (30% fat)
  • 25 g agave syrup
  • 8 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 8 strawberries, quartered
  • 8 raspberries, halved
  • 8 blueberries, halved

Method

  1. Mix the milk, single cream, agave syrup, cornstarch, and vanilla powder in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture slightly thickens. Leave to cool until warm.
  3. Pour the preparation into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Cover with the lid and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Light Ice Cream' program.
  8. In small cups, place a scoop of ice cream and garnish with fruits.
  9. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: This recipe can serve as a base. You can add chocolate chips and select the MIX IN program to make a light stracciatella ice cream.
