Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 65 g sugar
  • 85 ml water
  • 280 g ripe mango

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Using a hand blender, blend the syrup with the mango until you achieve a smooth texture.
  4. Pour the preparation into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  5. Put on the lid and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  6. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
  7. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  8. Start the program.
  9. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: If desired, you can add the pulp of a passion fruit (without the seeds). For an even more delicious mango sorbet, add a dash of lime juice to enhance the mango flavours and add a touch of freshness. Choose a ripe, aromatic mango by checking that it is colourful, slightly soft, fragrant and plump.
