Ingredients
- 65 g sugar
- 85 ml water
- 280 g ripe mango
Method
- Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat. Leave to cool until warm.
- Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
- Using a hand blender, blend the syrup with the mango until you achieve a smooth texture.
- Pour the preparation into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Put on the lid and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: If desired, you can add the pulp of a passion fruit (without the seeds). For an even more delicious mango sorbet, add a dash of lime juice to enhance the mango flavours and add a touch of freshness. Choose a ripe, aromatic mango by checking that it is colourful, slightly soft, fragrant and plump.
