Mango Tango

Ingredients

  • 250 ml mango juice
  • 40 g sugar
  • 30 ml rum
  • 30 ml Cointreau
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 100 ml mango juice
  • 10 ml of strawberry syrup (optional)

Method

  1. Mix the mango juice and sugar in a recipient until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the rum, Cointreau, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Cover it and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Remove the bowl from the freezer, take off the cover, and pour in the mango juice.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Cocktail' program.
  8. Pour the strawberry syrup into glasses, then pour in the mixture.
  9. Enjoy immediately.
