Margherita Pizza

Margherita Pizza | Tefal Recipe

Classic pizza with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan, drizzled with olive oil and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ew basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Oil the standard baking tray and spread the pizza dough over it.
  2. Spread the tomato sauce all over the dough, leaving a small border. Arrange the slices of tomato, overlapping them slightly. Arrange the mozzarella slices on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place into the Tefal Easy Fry and Pizza and select the 'Fresh Pizza' setting to start the cooking process.
  4. Garnish with a few basil leaves. Serve immediately with a rocket salad dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
