Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 150 g mozzarella
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pizza dough
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ew basil leaves
- salt and pepper
Method
- Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Oil the standard baking tray and spread the pizza dough over it.
- Spread the tomato sauce all over the dough, leaving a small border. Arrange the slices of tomato, overlapping them slightly. Arrange the mozzarella slices on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place into the Tefal Easy Fry and Pizza and select the 'Fresh Pizza' setting to start the cooking process.
- Garnish with a few basil leaves. Serve immediately with a rocket salad dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
