Matcha Frappe | Tefal Dolci Recipe

Earthy, icy and just a little fancy. This matcha frappé is your green light to chill. Tefal Dolci does the zen work, you sip the bliss.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp matcha tea (4 g)
  • 25 g sugar
    150 ml cold whole milk

Method

  1. In a recipient, mix the water, matcha, and sugar.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  3. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  4. Take the bowl out of the freezer, remove the lid and then pour in the cold whole milk.
  5. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  6. Start the 'Frappé' program.
  7. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: Add vanilla syrup for extra flavor.
