Molten Chocolate and Chestnut Cake

Ingredients
- 160 g lightly salted butter
- 400 g dark cooking chocolate
- 200 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 200 g peeled cooked chestnuts
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- In the Tefal LOV Shallowpot, melt the butter over a very low heat. Add the chocolate chopped into small pieces and melt very slowly. Stir until smooth.
- Take off the heat and add the brown sugar. Mix together. Add the eggs and mix together.
- Add the flour and the yeast. Mix together. Fold in the chestnuts and stir.
- Spread the dough out evenly in the pot. Close the lid and place in the oven for around 45 minutes.
- Check it is cooked using the tip of a knife and adjust if necessary according to your oven.
