Peach Sorbet | Tefal Dolci Recipe

Ingredients

  • 65 g sugar
  • 85 ml water
  • 280 g white peaches (3 pieces)

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to cool until warm.
  2. Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces.
  3. Using a hand blender, blend the previously obtained syrup with the chopped peaches until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  5. Place the lid on and put the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  6. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
  7. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  8. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  9. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: If you wish, you can infuse a few fresh verbena leaves into your syrup. Remove them before blending the peaches.
