Peach Sorbet

Ingredients
- 65 g sugar
- 85 ml water
- 280 g white peaches (3 pieces)
Method
- Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Leave to cool until warm.
- Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces.
- Using a hand blender, blend the previously obtained syrup with the chopped peaches until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
- Place the lid on and put the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Sorbet' program.
- Enjoy immediately.
Tips: If you wish, you can infuse a few fresh verbena leaves into your syrup. Remove them before blending the peaches.
