Ingredients

  • 40 g sugar
  • 250 ml pineapple juice
  • 40 ml rum
  • 150 ml coconut milk

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and pineapple juice in a recipient until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the rum. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Cover it and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Remove the bowl from the freezer, take off the lid, and pour in the coconut milk.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Cocktail' program.
  8. Serve immediately.

Tips: Alcohol is dangerous for your health, please consume responsibly. For an elegant presentation of your piña colada, garnish the glass with a slice of fresh pineapple and a candied cherry. Add a small decorative umbrella and a sprig of mint for an
irresistible tropical touch.
