Ingredients
- 150 ml whole milk
- 150 ml liquid cream (30% fat)
- 6 g corn starch
- 100 g sweetened
- pistachio cream
Method
- Mix the milk, liquid cream, and corn starch in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, add the sweetened pistachio cream. Mix well and leave to cool until warm.
- Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
- Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
- Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
- Start the 'Gelato' program.
- Serve immediately.
Tips: Make sure to use pistachio cream rather than pistachio paste, as the cream gives a smoother texture and already contains sugar. Pistachio creams may vary in sweetness. Adjust the quantity according to your taste.
