Ingredients

  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 250 g quark
  • 40 g agave syrup
  • 1 yellow lemon (zest and juice)

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a recipient.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  3. Place the lid and put the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  4. Remove the bowl from the freezer and take off the lid.
  5. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  6. Start the 'Light Ice Cream' program.
  7. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: Replace the lemon zest and juice with citrus of your choice.
