Ingredients

  • 110 g agave syrup
  • 65 ml water
  • 260 g raspberries

Method

  1. Mix the agave syrup, water, and raspberries in a recipient.
  2. Using a hand blender, blend everything to obtain a smooth texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Tefal Dolci bowl.
  4. Put the lid on and place the bowl in the freezer for 24 h.
  5. Take the bowl out of the freezer and remove the lid.
  6. Insert the small bowl into the outer jar.
  7. Start the 'Sorbet' program.
  8. Enjoy immediately.

Tips: If you want a smooth sorbet without seeds, pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds. Then pour into the bowl before freezing.
